What PixelsWithin collects

PixelsWithin may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company, message content, and project details. The website may also receive basic browser, device, IP address, referrer, usage, cookie, and similar technical data.

When you use a PixelsWithin plugin in ChatGPT or Codex, the plugin may receive content you explicitly send through the conversation — such as message excerpts, project details, or task-specific inputs — along with the coarse geographic location shared by the product. PixelsWithin collects only the minimum data required to perform the task you request.

Collection minimization

PixelsWithin gathers only the minimum data required to perform a tool's function. Tool inputs are specific, narrowly scoped, and explicitly linked to the task at hand. The plugin's input schemas are designed to limit data collection by default and will not request full conversation history, raw transcripts, or broad contextual fields, precise location data such as GPS coordinates or addresses, or diagnostic telemetry such as session IDs, trace IDs, request IDs, timestamps, or logging metadata unless strictly required to fulfill your request.

Restricted data

PixelsWithin does not collect, solicit, or process credit or debit card information subject to PCI DSS, protected health information (PHI), government identifiers such as social security numbers, or access credentials and authentication secrets such as API keys, MFA codes, or passwords. PixelsWithin does not collect "sensitive" or "special category" personal data unless strictly necessary to perform a requested function, you have provided legally adequate consent, and the collection is disclosed at or before the point of collection.

Data boundaries

PixelsWithin's MCP server operates only on the explicit snippets and resources the client or model chooses to send. It does not pull, reconstruct, or infer full chat logs. Location is obtained through the shared system side channel rather than raw location fields in the input schema, and precise location such as GPS coordinates or addresses is never requested.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to you, evaluate and discuss projects, provide services, operate and improve the website and PixelsWithin app and plugins, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations. PixelsWithin does not engage in surveillance, tracking, or behavioral profiling beyond what is explicitly disclosed and reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

How information is shared

PixelsWithin does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the business, when required for legal or security purposes, or as part of a business transfer. When a PixelsWithin plugin takes an action that sends data outside your current environment — such as posting content, sending a message, or uploading a file — that action is surfaced as a write action so you can review and confirm it before it happens.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including business records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses.
