I’m Diana. I’m a product engineer who works across design, frontend, backend, and product thinking.
I’ve built software for businesses large and small, worked on products used by hundreds of thousands of people, and built my own consumer brand from an idea into something carried by major retailers.

Washday Website
Custom software for a business with a lot of moving parts.

Washday Website is a custom platform built around the way a multi-location laundry business actually operates.
I designed and developed software for managing bookings, subscriptions, customers, orders, routing, and dispatch—bringing the moving parts of the business into one system.

Unicode
Building for a standard used everywhere.

I worked on the website for the Unicode Consortium—aka “the emoji people”—helping redesign and build its public-facing experience.
The project involved taking a large amount of technical and institutional information and making it easier to navigate and understand.

Cute Tarot
From an idea to 100,000 users.

Cute Tarot started as my own consumer product and grew into a brand spanning mobile apps, ecommerce, publishing, and retail.
I worked across UX and product engineering for the Cute Tarot iOS and Android app, which grew to more than 100,000 users.
The larger brand went on to support more than $500,000 in retail sales, with products distributed through more than six major retailers, including Barnes & Noble and Urban Outfitters.

I learned by building.
I started teaching myself HTML and CSS in middle school.
By 2009, I was building ecommerce software professionally with PHP and Magento, including custom plugins for proprietary business workflows.
Then I kept learning whatever the next thing required.
Code → ecommerce → UX design → frontend engineering → mobile apps → product engineering → AI-assisted development
Over the years, I’ve worked with startups, small businesses, established organizations, internal teams, and products serving hundreds of thousands of users.
I’ve worked as a developer.
I’ve worked as a UX designer.
I’ve built my own products.
I’ve sat with clients and figured out what they actually needed before figuring out what needed to be coded.
That range is intentional.
I like being able to look at the whole problem.

I don’t believe in making the technology more complicated than the product needs to be.
I use a modern JavaScript and TypeScript stack that lets me move from an idea to a real production product quickly—while keeping it flexible enough to change as we learn.

My go-to for modern full-stack web applications, bringing the frontend and server-side pieces of a product together.

For APIs, backend services, integrations, automation, and the logic behind the interface.
TypeScript
Across the stack, so products stay easier to understand, maintain, and change as they grow.
Capacitor
For turning web technology into real iPhone and Android apps without maintaining completely separate products.
Tailwind CSS
For building responsive interfaces quickly while keeping the visual system consistent.
SQL
For the business data underneath the product—customers, orders, inventory, bookings, activity, and whatever else the business needs to keep track of.
APIs & integrations
Payments, authentication, analytics, AI, email, third-party services, and the other systems a product needs to talk to.
AI-assisted development
I use AI throughout my development workflow to prototype, explore, debug, and ship faster.
It doesn’t replace engineering judgment. It gives me more leverage to build.
