Nonprofit website support

A reliable web partner to keep your organization鈥檚 website current, secure, and useful.

Ongoing support for an existing website

$500per month

I take care of the website details your team should not have to carry alone. Think of it as having someone responsible for the site without hiring a full-time web person.

Who this is for

This plan is for small and midsize nonprofits with an existing marketing website, no dedicated developer on staff, and regular content, design, analytics, or technical needs.

It is especially useful when staff are spending too much time figuring out plugins, hosting, broken layouts, forms, tracking pixels, or routine website changes themselves.

What is included

  • Content updates and new pages using the existing site design
  • Plugin, theme, and CMS maintenance
  • Security and general website upkeep
  • Bug fixes and technical troubleshooting
  • Forms, integrations, analytics, and tracking
  • Small design and accessibility improvements
  • A monthly recap of completed work and site health

Send priorities as they come up

You do not need to prepare a large scope of work in advance or diagnose the technical problem first. Send requests through the PixelsWithin client workspace in normal language, and I鈥檒l work through the highest-priority website needs with you.

This is not an hourly bucket or a promise of unlimited requests. The value is ongoing ownership and access to someone who already understands your site, your organization, and the decisions behind them.

Larger projects are scoped separately

The monthly plan is for maintaining and improving an established website. Some organizations eventually need a larger body of work, such as:

  • Website redesigns and new builds
  • Major information architecture work
  • Branding and visual identity
  • Custom tools or applications
  • Major integrations or platform migrations

I can help with these too, but we鈥檒l define the project, timeline, and budget separately instead of quietly expanding the maintenance plan.

Nonprofit work

Global Arts

I designed and developed a new website for Global Arts, a nonprofit supporting arts education and cultural programming. I translated its mission and programs into a clearer, more inviting website its team could continue managing.

Why work with PixelsWithin

I鈥檓 a senior designer and developer, so design, engineering, content structure, analytics, and technical maintenance do not need to be routed through several people. Your team can ask for what it needs without first learning how the website works.

Working together month after month also creates continuity. I learn the organization, the site, and its quirks instead of starting from zero every time something needs attention.

Just as importantly, not every request needs a rebuild, a new tool, or an expensive project. Part of the service is knowing when a focused change is enough.

Platforms

I most commonly support WordPress websites, but can often work with other established website platforms as well. We鈥檒l review your current setup before starting.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The support plan is month to month.

Do you only work with WordPress?

WordPress is the platform I support most often, but I can frequently work with other established website platforms. I鈥檒l review your setup before we begin.

How do we request changes?

Send requests through the PixelsWithin client workspace as they come up. We鈥檒l keep a shared view of priorities and work through what matters most.

What if we do not have much work one month?

The plan covers ongoing responsibility, availability, maintenance, and continuity鈥攏ot a fixed bucket of tasks. Quieter months are useful for upkeep and catching small issues early.

Are hosting and software costs included?

No. Hosting, domains, paid plugins, and other third-party vendor costs remain separate unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
