Who this is for

This might be you.

You run real operations.

Warehouses, fleets, fabrication shops, distribution centers. You don't need another 'digital transformation' pitch — you need someone who understands logistics, understands handoffs, and builds software that fits how your floor actually runs.

Dispatch is still manual. Inventory lives in Excel.

It works because your team makes it work — by memory, by habit, by muscle. That's not a process. It's a liability waiting for someone to leave or a system to break under pressure.

You need someone who comes to you.

Your operation doesn't translate well over Zoom. You need someone willing to drive to Ontario or Riverside, walk the floor, and build a system that fits the work — not the other way around.

Inland Empire

Why local matters here.

Presence

I come to you

Based in Los Angeles, 60–90 minutes from most IE locations. On-site discovery is built into every IE engagement — because warehouse workflows don't translate over a screen share.

Local Focus

IE industries I work in

  • Logistics & 3PL
  • Manufacturing & fabrication
  • Supply chain & distribution
  • Construction & contracting
  • Regional healthcare operations

Coverage

Across the IE corridor

  • Ontario · Fontana · Rialto
  • Riverside · San Bernardino · Redlands
  • Temecula · Murrieta

The approach

How I work with Inland Empire clients.

I come to your facility.

IE clients get on-site discovery built into the engagement. I drive to Ontario, Riverside, or San Bernardino — wherever your operation runs. Your floor is my discovery session.

Architecture before code.

Before a line is written, we agree on what we're building. What's decided in design is a conversation. What's decided mid-build is expensive.

Visible progress at every milestone.

You see what was built at each phase, give feedback, and we move forward with shared context. No surprises, no disappearing acts.

What you get

End-to-end, every time.

Every engagement covers the full scope — from architecture to handoff.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

Do you travel to the Inland Empire?

Yes. I drive to Ontario, Fontana, Riverside, San Bernardino, Redlands, and across the IE corridor for discovery sessions and working meetings. On-site visits are built into every IE engagement.

Do you work with logistics and manufacturing businesses?

That's a significant part of what I do. Inventory systems, dispatch tools, scheduling, order tracking, and supplier portals — I build for operations-heavy businesses specifically.

Can you integrate with ERP systems?

Yes. I've integrated with platforms including SAP, NetSuite, and Sage. If you're running a legacy ERP or custom system, I know how to build around it without a disruptive cutover.

What parts of the IE do you cover?

The full corridor: Ontario, Fontana, Rialto, Riverside, San Bernardino, Redlands, and south to Temecula and Murrieta. If your operation is in the IE, I'll come to you.

What does discovery look like for a manufacturing or logistics business?

We start on your floor. I want to see how the work actually runs — receiving, dispatch, QC, handoffs — before designing anything. That on-site visit is the most valuable hour of the whole engagement.
