Who this is for

This might be you.

Intake is still paper, email, or a form that goes nowhere.

New patient intake involves manual steps, re-entered data, and handoffs that require a person in the loop at every stage. The friction is visible — to your staff and your patients.

Compliance requirements are slowing down every technology decision.

Every software choice comes with a HIPAA question. That uncertainty — not knowing if a tool is compliant, or what 'compliant' even requires — makes it easier to keep doing things manually.

Reporting takes a day to pull together what should be a dashboard.

Your data exists — in the EHR, in the spreadsheet, in the billing system. Getting it into one coherent picture takes hours, or falls to one person who knows how to stitch it together.

The approach

How I work in this space.

Understand the workflow before touching the software.

Healthcare operations are complex because the work is complex — not just the technology. I spend time learning how your staff actually works before proposing anything.

Build HIPAA-ready from day one, not retrofitted.

Compliance isn't a feature you add later. Access controls, audit logging, and data handling are architectural decisions built in from the start.

Reduce clicks for the staff who can least afford the friction.

Clinical and administrative staff don't have time for clunky software. Good healthcare tools move fast and stay out of the way.

What I Build

Systems I build for healthcare.

Purpose-built for the operational complexity of healthcare — not adapted from generic software.

  • Patient intake workflowsDigital intake that captures what you need and routes it correctly.
  • HIPAA-ready patient portalsPatient-facing systems built with appropriate access controls and audit logging.
  • Operational reporting dashboardsThe metrics your team needs, in one place, without manual assembly.
  • EHR and system integrationsConnected to your existing tools, not working around them.
  • Staff-facing admin toolsInternal tools built for speed — fewer clicks, less context-switching.
  • Ongoing supportAvailable as your operations grow and requirements change.

“If I had a concern about any component of the deliverables, Diana fixed them within 24 hours.”

Common questions

Before you reach out.

Do your systems meet HIPAA requirements?

HIPAA compliance is a combination of technical and administrative controls. I build the technical side — access controls, audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit. Your compliance officer will want to review the full picture, and I'll help you think through what business associate agreements are needed.

Can you integrate with our EHR?

Depends on the EHR. Most modern systems have APIs or HL7/FHIR interfaces. Some older systems are more limited. I'll assess what's possible during discovery.

We're a small practice — is this overkill?

Maybe not. The right tool for a small practice is smaller and cheaper than what a health system needs. I scope to fit — not to impress.

What about patient data security?

Data handling decisions — what gets stored, where, for how long, and who can access it — are made explicitly and documented. Nothing is stored without a reason.
