Agreement

These terms govern your use of the PixelsWithin website, services, and plugins available through ChatGPT and Codex. By using any PixelsWithin offering, you agree to these terms and to PixelsWithin's Privacy Policy.

Purpose and quality

PixelsWithin plugins are built to serve a clear purpose and to reliably do what they promise. Results are intended to be accurate and relevant to your input, and errors are handled with clear messaging or fallback behavior. Every plugin delivers standalone functionality and a complete, tested experience — trial or demo plug-ins are not offered.

Tools and behavior

PixelsWithin's MCP tools use plain-language names and descriptions that accurately reflect what each tool does. Tools behave exactly as their names, descriptions, and inputs indicate, with no hidden or implicit side effects.

Tools that only retrieve or list data are labeled as read-only. Tools that create, update, delete, post, or send data are labeled as write actions and may require your confirmation before execution, so you understand when data leaves your current environment. Actions that send information outside the conversation — such as posting content or sending messages — are surfaced in advance.

Your account and login

Where a PixelsWithin plugin connects to a PixelsWithin product, you may be asked to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Permissions requested during sign-in are limited to what the plugin needs to function, and you are informed of the access requested before you grant it.

Commerce and payments

Where a PixelsWithin plugin supports purchases, it does so only for physical goods and only through external checkout on PixelsWithin's own domain. Purchases of digital products or services — including subscriptions, digital content, tokens, or credits — are not offered through PixelsWithin plugins.

Prohibited goods and services

PixelsWithin does not sell, promote, facilitate, or meaningfully enable prohibited goods or services, including: adult content and sexual services; real-money gambling; illegal or regulated drugs and drug paraphernalia; prescription or age-restricted medications; counterfeit, stolen, or illicit goods; malware, spyware, or surveillance devices; tobacco and nicotine products; weapons and harmful materials; and fraudulent, deceptive, or high-risk financial, identity, or travel services. PixelsWithin plugins never serve advertisements and never exist primarily as an advertising vehicle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PixelsWithin offerings to engage in or facilitate activity prohibited by OpenAI usage policies, to collect data beyond what is reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, or to interfere with the fair use of other plugins. PixelsWithin offerings are suitable for general audiences and are not intended for children under 13.

Third-party content and integrations

PixelsWithin does not scrape external websites, relay queries, or integrate with third-party APIs without proper authorization and compliance with that party's terms of service, and does not bypass API restrictions, rate limits, or access controls. Content belonging to third parties is only used where legally permitted.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the PixelsWithin website, plug-ins, tools, and content are the property of PixelsWithin or are used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from PixelsWithin software or content without prior written consent.

Availability and disclaimers

PixelsWithin offerings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PixelsWithin does not guarantee that plugins will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all markets, and reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue offerings at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelsWithin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of PixelsWithin offerings, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on those offerings.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated by changing the effective date and posting the revised version here. Continued use of PixelsWithin offerings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
